Partnership Events

The Zoom partnership with our ESCs has grown tremendously over the last year. There is now special pricing for their integrated VOIP phone service, conference room technology and digital signage.

Join us for a 30 minute overview of the new pricing and an in-depth look at utilizing their admin portal to manage all these communication modes in one place.  We will also cover our emergency alert and nomadic e911 capabilities, which are now required by federal law.

Why should I attend?

Zoom Phone has been saving Indiana districts an average of $60 per employee over the course of a year by switching to their VOIP phone system. So for a school district of 165 employees that is about $10,000 in savings per year. Zoom Phone’s total operating costs are also 53% less expensive than Cisco and 57% less than Mitel according to this study by Metrigy.
