Late last year, 25 individuals and organizations came together to form a statewide a Community of Practice to focus on practical ways of enabling greater access, opportunity, and thriving for every student. We believe this includes raising expectations for all students and youth, ensuring they have needed resources and support, and helping them reach their full potential. We seek to prioritize the needs of people and communities that are not currently as well-served as others, and to build on the strengths already present in these places.

This questionnaire is designed to gather ideas and input from students and youth of middle and high school age and those who have recently graduated or exited high school to guide our work. We ask that you think about your own experience and that of families within your community and give us your honest feedback on each question.
